SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

Shipping Policy

 

Shipping Policy & Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always notify you of any delays.

 

Shipping Times: Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

 

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these estimates exclude processing time. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or holidays.

 

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Shipping Fees & Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions (when available) will be applied automatically.

 

Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, Heavenly Gleam is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

 

Returns & Refunds

Returns

  We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that items are unused, in       their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

   To initiate a return, contact us at [your support email] with your order number.      Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or      rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10  business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked non-returnable on their product page

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of  delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no  additional cost.

 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived  damaged or incorrect.
